Hi,

Thank you so much for creating this package. I've got a couple of questions.

Could you provide like a bibtex sort of thing to let people know how to cite your code? Thank you.
On line 608 in qsm_forward.py, should there be an " = 0"? That seems to be what was done in the challenge matlab code.
More importantly, why resize the field generated by resampling (line 327 - 330) instead of doing k-space cropping? These are not mathematically the same are they? Or does it not matter?
