Possible automatic Icon color change in the Tray on Elementary OS?

Hi!
Just wondering if you could somehow code the app to change its tray icon color scheme (white<->black) according to Elementary OS wingpanel color change?

Elementary changes its wingpanel icons color (white<->black) depending on wallpaper chosen and maximized window.

Support for this feature would be awesome, but if it is too much hassle, I'll understand it.
Notice that degrees do change its color already!
