I have not found any mentions of this action's code license anywhere. As far as I understand (IANAL), this means that it is illegal to fork the project and commit any changes to it. Could you please license the project under some common OSS license or otherwise clarify the issue?
P.S.: It is probably a good idea to add a --license flag to ncc invocation — some dependencies could require inclusion of their license with non-source distributions.
