Windows operating system can not recognize 'NODE_ENV' #235

There is an error occurs when the 'yarn build' script ran.
'NODE_ENV' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.
The problem is happening on Windows operating system. win-node-end package can be use to fix this as an optionalDependencies.
