Where to seek help from the community?

There are a few existing issues which we labeld as "Help Wanted". Recently I have added a few more issues and @stefanrueger also added one item.

Just wondering where are the better places we should seek for help?

2. avrchat mailing list (low in activity)
3. AVR Freaks forum ?
4. Arduino forum ?
