Doesn't seem to update reliably

Describe The Bug:

Seems Casambi lights/accessories appear on in Home App when they are shown off in Casambi App and are confirmed off.

To Reproduce:

No consistent but sometimes restarting home App may clear or restarting Homebridge

Expected behavior:

When devices are off (previously the case) they should show as such. Its concerning when away from home that devices are on that shouldn't be. I may roll back to previous version but wanted to log this behaviour first.
