While I could probably just fix the issue on my own with my own tweaks to the above example, I figured it would it be easier and safer to get it reviewed here and opening a PR. I noticed that fluentd https://github.com/fluent/fluentd-kubernetes-daemonset now appears to support multi-arch with fluent/fluentd-kubernetes-daemonset:v1.18.0-debian-cloudwatch-1.1 for example.

Hello, I'm following the setup here: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonCloudWatch/latest/monitoring/Container-Insights-setup-logs.html
However, we're using ARM nodes in the cluster, and the example in the guide only supports x86
