Unnecessary empty pop-up appears when hovering over follow-up question

Describe the bug
When hovering over a follow-up question bubble that already displays the full text, an empty pop-up bubble appears. This pop-up is unnecessary and potentially confusing to users.

To Reproduce

1. Engage in a conversation that generates a follow-up question.
2. Resize the plugin, so the follow up suggestions fit completely in their respective bubble.
3. Hover the cursor over the follow-up question.
4. An empty pop-up bubble appears.

Expected behavior
No additional pop-up should appear when hovering over a follow-up question bubble that already displays the full text.
