Loading bar remains visible after response has fully streamed

Describe the bug
After a complete response has finished streaming in the chat, the loading bar at the bottom of the chat interface fails to disappear as expected.

To Reproduce

1. Start by using a quick action to engage in a conversation.
2. Wait for the reply to stream in completely.
3. The loading bar remains visible under the response.

Expected behavior
The loading bar should disappear immediately once the response from the quick action has finished streaming and is fully displayed in the chat.

Additional context

• Switching tabs makes the loading bar disappear.
