Support for prometheus alarm to pause a rollout managed by the ZAU Controller #5

Currently the ZAU controller allows users to specify the name of Amazon CloudWatch aggregate alarm that will pause the rollout when in alarm state.

I'd like to use another source of metric/alarm.
