Feature - add Kubecost CUR + Spot integration (incl. Cross-account)

Such that we can demo Kubecost w/ CUR + Spot, include these integrations as part of the kubecost installation values + relevant IAM & Bucket permissions that are required.
May require a second instantiation to configure the billing account + bucket for cross-account permissions.

Thanks for opening this feature request @jsamuel1! I haven't looked too closely at this Kubecost integration.

Can you share a bit more how you see this integration happening? Can you share links to documentation as well?

Let's do some scoping and brainstorming in this Issue and after we have a good idea of how to implement I'll start working on it.
