OSS project setup

We want to create a community of users and contributors for eksdemo, we need some assets to be able to collaborate effectively and promote the project.

Assets:

• Create public GitHub project for backlog kaban (default layout like new, in-progress, done)
• Create a demo youtube video to add to the README
• Create a google calendar invite for cadence meeting (ie every 3 weeks? for 30 minutes)
• Create a google doc agenda with typical cncf layout (use zoom link, free account should do)
• Good set of first-good-issues (new features like new helm charts like gitea, new tutorials)

Promote:

• Announce in eks channel in kubernetes slack
• Schedule a demo in the Kubernetes SIGS like SIG-CLI and SIG-UX
