Until we have our own website, redirect awspring.io to https://spring.io/projects/spring-cloud-aws

Domain, DNS records, S3 Bucket, CloudFront distribution etc for awspring.io has been set up: https://github.com/awspring/infrastructure

cc @MatejNedic @eddumelendez - you can take a look at the code and give feedback. At this stage it's all running on my AWS account - one thing to add is a github action to update infrastructure on git commit.

There will be a separate repository for the website code.
