下载下来后项目如何跑起来么？

项目的启动项和文档说明的启动项不一样，研究代码发现项目可能的启动项是AppRunner.java，但是也是缺少配置文件，比如axelor.config、application.properties，请问你们项目是如何跑起来的呢？
