What happened?

On the Help page, two footers are currently being displayed, causing a visual inconsistency and clutter at the bottom of the page. This issue affects the overall user experience by adding unnecessary elements and disrupting the clean design flow. Removing the duplicate footer will streamline the page and ensure consistency across the website.

Kindly assign this issue to me under GSSoC-Extd and Hacktoberfest.
