Should we just use the main branch to create 5.x releases from or create a 5.x specific release branch for that purpose?

If we do decide to create a 5.x branch, we'll probably need to update the GitHub actions workflow for that.

Our documentation may also need to be updated in https://github.com/az-digital/arizona-bootstrap/blob/main/RELEASES.md#triggering-a-patch-release
