Unlock live feed feature with !real live feed! from the Fishway

Overview

During the main development period we built out the live feed feature given roughly the camera specs for the live camera to be installed in the Fishway by 2020. We turned off the feature pending this install. When the live feed is available, unlock the feature (uncomment existing code) as added in #119
