Quiz videos get stuck at random

Overview

Videos in the quiz section of the app seem to pause.

Expected Behavior

• The videos should autoplay and repeat
• The pause/play should consistently affect the video

Actual Behavior

• Clicking the pause/play button usually does not make them play again (though sometimes does).
• Sometimes they continue to play when you select a fish option (but most of the time this does nothing). They then stop again.

Steps to Reproduce

• Go to "Test Your Skills" (on staging or locally)
• Enter the quiz
• Watch the fish video
• Try clicking pause/play
• Play the full game to see how the video acts

I'm only seeing this on staging, and not locally. I'm hopeful this is related to slow asset downloads that we'd see on Netlify but neither locally nor hosted on production.

I take the above back, I see the stuck state locally too. But only when the developer tools aren't open 😱
