Gem/Glyph vendor

can anyone help me out with a gem and a glyph vendor? im quite new to this and i would love some pointers... or if someone made one of those, please share it...
ive tried using the mall module but it doesnt work.
it would be immensely helpfull for me and a few friends :)
its quite hard if you cant get gems/glyphs and even enchants somewhere without an AH.
