Add disables for achievement criteria related to level 60 versions of Onyxia/Naxxramas.

These raids were re-released later and appropriately given achievements. The only achievement related to these raids that should be active and available for players is Onyxia's Lair (Level 60). Any achievements, criterias, and statistics should be disabled until the appropriate bracket.
