I want to be able to install jprq using Brew on MacOS

@azimjohn could you update your archive files with go.sum file included? With that last adjustment we will be able to install it via brew.
reference: https://github.com/azimjohn/jprq/archive/refs/tags/2.1.tar.gz (you can update this so brew builds based on go.sumfile)
