[bug]运行程序后，软件窗口不显示 #1005

1.运行安装包，无法显示安装窗口
2.使用免安装包，点击运行也无法显示软件窗口
两种情况类似，截图如下，截图 1，屏幕显示一个灰色框，不显示软件窗口

截图 2，点击任务栏图标可以看到软件界面

机带 RAM 24.0 GB (23.8 GB 可用)
