The badge's message font color #10803

Hey, <img src="https://img.shields.io/badge/Website-20B2AA?style=for-the-badge" /> The problem is that when I try to apply this specific background colour: #64FFCE, like in the example below: <img src="https://img.shields.io/badge/Website-64FFCE?style=for-the-badge" /> the message font colour turns into black/shade of black. On the other hand, when I use some standard colour like: yellow, blue or #00a2ff I don't observe such behaviour. The issue maybe isn't a big deal, yet I would like to know what's causing it. Could someone give a hint why is it happening? Is it related to this specific colour and how it interacts with the badge's default font colour, possibly blending into a darker shade? |

It is an intentional feature. If the background colour is sufficiently light, we switch the font colour so we're not rendering white text on a light background. We do it so you can read the text. There are some named colours that are light enough to trigger this. For example |
