noahv --help能执行，但是noahv init下载的过程中会报错，大概是
https://registry.npmjs.org/axios
这个网址的问题，复制到浏览器提示SSL证书不对，是网站有问题还是我配置有问题呢？请教各位大佬

查看noahv -V的版本号，升级到最新版本试试。
axios的证书问题，可以查看axios的issue. 看看axios/axios#3459 这个是不是对你有帮助。
