进程启动异常被捕获却不退出 #393

springboot程序没有加载rasp插件情况下启动，如果遇到数据库服务不可用会抛出异常，进而导致进程退出
加载rasp插件后，异常抛出被rasp截获，但是进程不退出，导致系统没有正常启动处于假死状态
