Getting below exception.
IO exception occurred while retrieving information from Jenkins..

Please guide us to resolve this issue.

Could you check the confluence server log and share the exception details including stack trace?

Any news about your issue?
It would be interesting to know if this behavior is related to the installation on a data center version of Confluence, or if it is due to some (more classical) network issue between your Confluence server/nodes and Jenkins.
