Redirect with query parameters not working

Hi,

I’m experiencing an issue when setting up a redirect for an existing entry with query parameters to the same page with additional query parameters. The redirect does not work as expected.

However, the redirection does not take effect. Is there a known limitation or a possible fix for this?

How to reproduce

For example, I set up the following redirect:

page?a=1&b=2  

to  

page?a=1&b=2&c=3
