.well-known/core uses relative paths

At the moment bastet serves:

.well-known/core

Which is a concatenation of the same URL from all CoAP devices. This is not sufficient, as the CoAP nodes almost certainly return relative resources. Bastet needs to fix up those relative resources to point to the right place into it's own API
