[Feature] Ability to "post-hook" stuff (like sending metrics)

People using sheetwork might want to send metrics or events to make sure runs are fine or that rows are inserted and all sorts.

Describe the solution you'd like
We probably need to think about a plug in or post hook kind of thing where sheetwork would quite happily run some python command or something more fleshed out.
