继续YY在线活动之， Mentor活动 给新手讲解 #160

根据第一次YY在线活动，我们切实的发现一些问题，比如，入职任务不明确，地瓜哥也愿意接。

也发现，有部分新手，希望能带一带，根据这个反馈，我希望，能有这样一个功能，开展，mentor活动

就是根据新手在入职过程中，或者做任务过程中，遇到的具体技术问题，由两三个老手，做YY的在线技术指导和探讨，或者讲解。

这个活动可以和#159结合起来，成为工会系统任务的一部分，完成mentor任务也要给成长积分
