Set "Reply-to" email address

Currently, emails sent to our users by the GC Notify service will let you reply to them if you hit the "Reply" key:

This is a problem, because there is currently no one receiving emails at that address (this is in the GC Notify settings):

I suggest that we set a "Reply-to" email address -- for now to @NicoledeGreef's email, but ideally, later, it would be something like "[email protected]", so that when Nicole is away or if she moves on some day, that address could be forwarded to someone else.

For now, please set to my email address. We'll create another ticket to establish a new distlist and possible integration with JSM.
