Beta Mode for Full-Time

User Story: As a SIMS team, we want to allow certain students to participate as Beta users for Full-Time prior to launch.

Acceptance Criteria:

• update beta validation feature to allow ONLY beta users:

  • submit Full-Time applications (only beta users will be able to select full time when completing an application)
  • view over awards (only beta users will be able to see the overawards section)

• Remove the students from previous beta list and reuse the table (release instructions only)

• Note: to enable full-time beta mode, we will need to do the following, in this order:

  • enable beta validation
  • enable full-time
