Bug: FORM IO (2.3) 0 disappears from Unfunded study period days field when study end dates added (offering can be created)

Describe the Bug
When the institution user is in the process of creating an offering, the "0" in the "unfunded study period days" field disappears when institution user adds offering study end date

Expected Behaviour
"0" is displayed in the "Unfunded study period days" field there are not unfunded study period and it remains.

Actual Behaviour
"0" displays briefly and then it disappears after you enter the Study end date

The offering validates successfully and the offering can be created.

** Steps To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
BC Public institution with a program that allows for PT, onsite

Login to the institution portal

1. Click "Locations"
2. Click "View" beside the program you want to add an offering to
3. Click "Add offering"
4. Make the page size large enough so you can see the "Unfunded Study Days" field as you enter study end date and remaining information
5. Add any valid date to "Name" field
6. Select any year
7. Select "Part time" for how will this be offered
8. Enter a course load amount (e.g. 40)
9. Select "Onsite"
10. Select "No" for WIL
11. Note the "Unfunded study period days" field
12. Enter any valid study dates (e.g. January 6, 2025 - April 25, 2025 (16 wks))
13. Note the "Unfunded study period days" field
14. Select "No" for Study breaks
15. Note the "Unfunded study period days" field
16. Enter "$1000" for Tuition, Books and Supplies, and Mandatory Feed
17. Enter "0" for Exceptional Costs
18. Select "Yes" for offering is for all students
19. Select "I confirm"
20. Click "Validate"

Concerned about impacts of no 0 being in that field in areas we need to explore further. Not a field we can provide any workarounds for as it's not an editable field.
Setting to Asset and 2.6 to move forward for more investigation.
