User Story
As a student, if my ecert is cancelled by federal I need to be able to have SIMS cancel an eCert that was sent to NSLSC but not paid to me.
As a ministry user, when an ecert is cancelled from NSLSC I need to be able to help the student make any corrections required on that application and resend an ecert that is not reduced by the cancelled ecert's amounts.

Acceptance Criteria

  • New incoming file integration for two files:
    • PEDU.PBC.CAN.PTECRT.yyyymmdd.sss
    • PEDU.PBC.CAN.ECRT.yyyymmdd.sss
  • Cancelled documents can be assumed to have NO money disbursed.
  • Future ecert processes for the same application should disregard those previously sent amounts when calculating the effective amount.
  • TRACKER FOR STUDENTS?
  • TRACKER FOR MINISTRY?
