User Story
As an application, SIMS should be able to nicely explain to users if there is an issue where they cannot connect with SIMS. This shows a nice polished application to our users even when something unexpected happens.
As a ministry user, I may want to show these 'off' pages to specific users to limit functionality within the application.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Use figma pages to create error/etc landing pages when connection fails
  • Options to show to specific users?
