NOA: Update Assessed Contributions fields in Form.io

As a *Ministry, Student and Institution User * I want *FT Notice of Assessment to display the Assessed Contributions correctly * So That I can properly interpret data that went into student assessment

Additional Context

• Assessed contributions are calculated properly on the back end, but are not displayed correctly on the front end in NOA

Acceptance Criteria

• Update Form.io field Assessed student contribution: Federal to display XXX Camunda variable. Limit variable displayed to two decimal places
• Limit display of provincial variable to two decimal places
• Update Form.io field Total student contribution: Federal to display XXX Camunda variable. Limit displayed value to two decimal places.
• Update Form.io field Total student contribution: Provincial to display calculatedDataTotalProvincialContribution Camunda variable. Limit displayed value to two decimal places.
