Description of problem

A user is getting stuck at "initializing agent" after successfully using biometrics to unlock the app. No error message appears.
This is reported by one user so far.

The user reported that the wallet was working fine and then suddenly didn't work. This seems to be a persistent bug as they have continued to have this issue.

Troubleshooting attempts that failed:

  • fully close the app
  • turn on proxy
  • use mobile data
  • use PIN instead of biometrics
  • after the troubleshoot, I asked them to reinstall the wallet. They did that on their own time so not sure if that magically fixed things

Expected behavior

Steps to reproduce

  • Open the app
  • Unlock the app
  • User gets stuck at initializing agent
