For perforamce, it would be beneficial to write an API endpoint that knows how to pull the data efficiently, instead of re-using all the existing ones.

@patriciarussellCAS this is the one flagged this morning that is not necessary for MVP, but would be quite necessary to have before the end of the reporting period
