The idea here would be some function:

dipr::create_shortcuts which would then populate a file here: https://support.rstudio.com/hc/en-us/articles/206382178-Customizing-Keyboard-Shortcuts

Ideas for shortcuts:
dipr::insert_bcgov_apache_header
styler::style_selection
drake::r_make
