API Console - Enter API Key

When a user clicks the 'Enter API Key' button (for the first time) in an API console they see the following 4 buttons.

Authorize
Authorize
Done
Close

Once a key has been entered and they click the 'Enter API Key' button (for the second time) they see the following 4 buttons.

Done
Unset API Key
Logout
Close

Is it possible for:

The first button click to either have one 2 buttons, or to grey-out the others?

1. Authorize
2. Done

In both the first and second button clicks to align the buttons so there is an even gap between them? Currently the top two buttons have a larger gap than the bottom two.
