Description:
Add a new column labeled "Compliance period" to the Transaction table for both IDIR and BCeID users. The column should display the compliance period information as shown in the provided mockup.

Purpose and benefit to user:
This update provides users with direct visibility of the compliance period associated with each transaction, improving usability and enabling easier tracking of compliance data.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • A new column labeled "Compliance period" is added to the Transaction table for both IDIR and BCeID users.
  • The column displays the correct compliance period information for each transaction.
  • The layout and formatting of the column align with the provided mockup.
  • The new column does not affect the existing functionality or data in the Transaction table.

Development Checklist:

  • Update the database query or API to include compliance period data for each transaction.
  • Modify the Transaction table layout to add the "Compliance period" column.
  • Style the column as per the mockup, ensuring consistent formatting with other columns.
  • Test the display of compliance period data for IDIR and BCeID users:
    • Verify that the correct compliance period is shown for each transaction.
    • Validate the column's appearance across different screen sizes and devices.
  • Conduct regression testing to ensure no unintended impact on the Transaction table's functionality.
  • Use the year of the Effective date for transfers and transactions

Notes:

  • Coordinate with the design team to ensure the column matches the mockup.
  • Communicate the update to stakeholders, highlighting the added value of compliance period visibility.
  • Update user documentation or help materials to include information about the new Compliance Period column.
