Given that I have a valid login
When I login
Then I see a default landing/home page
and that page has a map with all sites
and that page has a tabular list of all sites
and I have options to add a new site, search for an existing site, logout, and view/update profile

AC:

• Map shows all sites (no filtering)
• Map default resolution is to see all of BC
• Map can be interacted with to zoom in, pan, etc.
• Tabular view shows same sites as the map and updates if map is zoomed in
• Obvious how to search for specific sites
• Obvious how to view site details
• Total number of sites displayed is shown as a number on the screen
