Moisture Content Cones - Results Table Buttons

As a TSC technician I want buttons on the Moisture Content screen(Feature/enhancement) So That I can complete and approve tests, and calculate MC averages

Acceptance Criteria

• Given that I am on the moisture content screen, When I click the add new row button, Then a new row is added to the MCC activity results table. The replicate number for the new row will be one number higher than the previous row.
• Given that I am on the moisture content screen, When I click on the delete row button, the row is removed and the replicate number shifts up
