I need clarity from the Fire Zone information panel regarding what fuel types are associated with an advisory or warning.
So That I have greater situational awareness and know what fuel types are of concern.
Acceptance Criteria
Update the Fire Zone information panel to display the percentage of each fuel type that is under advisory. Eg.) If there is 1,000 ha of the S-1 fuel type, and 500 ha is under advisory, the percentage displayed would be 50%.
Update the column name in the table from "Distribution > 4k kW/m" to something like "Portion under advisory".
Maintain the previous calculation in the backend database so that we can utilize fuel types as a percentage of the total advisory area for automated text.
Additional Context
ASA currently displays fuels types as a percentage of the total advisory area.
FBANs have expressed concern that the current percentage can be misleading for fuel types that do not occupy a large portion of the fire zone. Eg.) slash fuel types will always have a small spatial extent compared to other fuel types but are almost always under advisory.
From a UX perspective we want the fuel type table to be intuitive and crystal clear that it is displaying the portion of each fuel type under advisory. For consideration, we could abandon the fuel type colors now that we've removed the fuel type grid from the map. Instead, we could consider something like the battery charge symbol on a mobile device that changes from green to red as your device is running low on stored power. However, in our case the symbol would change from green to red as the percentage of the fuel type under advisory increases towards 100%. There is opportunity to create more consistency with the approach taken for topographic position in ASA: TPI percentages in dashboard infographic #4194
