When creating a new skill, a number of levels can be defined. Now, It has level 0 as the default which is confusing and misleading and then it gives the option Level 0 to set the level. If I want 0 number levels, why should it show level 0, and what is the purpose of this level 0?
If I select the number levels to 3, it shows 4 levels including level 0, which means it is allowing me to assign 4 levels, which is again confusing and misleading.
Instead, it should have a simple definition. I select 1, it gives me the option to set 1 level, and so on.
