iOS support for this plugin

Hello everybody!

This plugin currently supports iOS for most of the ads -native ads aren't fully supported-, but all of this support is from the community. I personally don't have an Apple environment (macOS and iOS) to fix the bugs related to the iOS implementation, nor to implement native ads. These bugs and implementations must come from the community! Contrubutions are welcome.
