Given that this crate already supports linux-only ktls, it seems to be fine to have linux-only quic support, without using any userspace libraries for that?

I've been following in-kernel QUIC support with interest, but I have to let you know that the future of loona is uncertain at the moment — it is not actively being funded, and I'm personally more interested in rewriting it to be "sans-io", so that it can be adapted to various I/O models.
