Include more information about the performance of the run in the operator log.

the mean, HPD, ESS and other information for each parameter
time per ES
over all performance
parallelization/threading options and performance

This could be used to tune the operator weights - see #1186

Perhaps this should be renamed the 'performance log' and should be in a structured format (YAML or JSON?)
