Hello,
I have modified version https://github.com/MirLach/ratelimit-policyd derived from your send_rate_policyd.
I would like to release it under BSD license but I cannot find any license information of you code, or code of other contributors:

https://github.com/mpellegrin/ratelimit-policyd

Can I release it under BSD license?
