Hi~ I'm sorrry to bother you, but it's confuse me a while:
It happened in "loader = ChickenpoxDatasetLoader()", and "anaconda3/envs/pyg/lib/python3.8/urllib/request.py" file will throw the exception "urllib.error.URLError: <urlopen error [Errno 111] Connection refused>".
I'm appreciated if you could help me!

class ChickenpoxDatasetLoader(object):
    def __init__(self):
        self._read_web_data()

    def _read_web_data(self):
        url = "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/benedekrozemberczki/pytorch_geometric_temporal/master/dataset/chickenpox.json"
        self._dataset = json.loads(urllib.request.urlopen(url).read())
